Pros

Strong brand recognition, internationally recognized name. They have a good training program for new recruiters. You can be very successful and make a lot of money.

Cons

- Micromanagement to the extreme - Prepare yourself for a high stress environment - Almost unachievable goals unless you are willing to work a 60+ hour week and only get a nominal salary for 40 hours - If you want to be in the top percentage and make a lot of money, give up your personal/family life and devote all your time to your job.

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
