Professional, corporate and lots of incentives. There is so much opportunity here and excellent tools to expand and learn on your skills. Impressive front facing company- fantastic reputation!
Cons
Despite the fantastic opportunities, this company is not tailored to all and every individual personality. The company very much have a mould that you "must" fit to or you're not doing it right. Lots of consultant rules and regs were unclear and consultants tended to do as they wanted rather than working in a fair environment for all. And while it is more than understood that this is a money driven industry some of the drives shown for money were slightly insensitive and greedy and not traits I would be happy to work with. A more open mind is needed and to be flexible to work in a style that suits each person.
