Pros
There are plenty of opportunities to progress, and working your way to the top is a possibility for anyone who wants it enough. The initial and ongoing training is fantastic, and I always feel there is someone to turn to or call should you need help or advice.
Cons
The hours are long, and it is rare that you go home on time - but you get out of Hays what you put in, so this is not necessarily a "con". Furthermore, the basic salaries at Hays seem to be below that of other companies in the same industry, and commission potential is significantly effected based on what desk you run and where - although this is always going to be a debated issue.
