      Pros

      Good basic, good office atmosphere, always managers and directors on hand to offer support, amazing training both on desk and off site, great chance for progression

      Cons

      If we had the opportunity to make a higher percentage of commission at lower levels I think that would have a positive effect but at the same time I can see why the percentages are lower to motivate people/

You are right in that the commission structure gets better as you progress in Hays and you will have the opportunity to earn the higher commissions as you start to bill more. Our commission structure is uncapped at all levels enabling you to earn based on your individual performance.
