Pros

Remote work available. Assets provided to contractors.

Cons

Regular sexual harassment by management, reports of managers making workers cry in meetings, management encouraged skipping meals during team meetings, lack of proper training and skill development, inconsistent and unclear policy/practices, refusal by HR to investigate two reports of retaliation and workplace harassment. The company also attempted to increase the hourly work expectation for salaried workers with no increase in pay. Refused to take action when discriminatory benefits packages were pointed out. Regular refusal by HR/Benefits/Payroll to communicate clearly and effectively. Caught the company underpaying me after learning my coworkers' salaries and was subsequently illegally told that we were not allowed to discuss pay with one another. Frequent surveillance and reporting of workers to management. When workers inquired about the role a new team would fulfill and their fears of being laid off, they were told not to worry, provided no information that answered their questions, and then were laid off months later with no notice or warning.

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
