Pros
-Commission structure (uncapped) -Promotion is based on target (if you hit your target, you'll get promoted) -MNC workculture (lots of employee engagement) -Managers who will support and the team essentially feels like a family unit -Some of the best training and development team I have ever seen (this is the main reason why they can train anyone to be a recruiter)
Cons
-Super KPI oriented (arguably stricter than other Hays in different countries) -With a KPI system, it can brutal if you dont meet the targets or expectation (immediately put into pre-performance management or performance management) -Super cutthroat (Target is everthing) -Your recruitment is very industry specific and sometimes the assignment to the industry can be like a lottery (if you get good desk or industry you will succeed) -Be prepared for people to call you all the time, even during leave (this is really not the fault of the company but just the recruitment industry in general)
