Pros
Great opportunity for learning, if you are lucky there are some great managers. My team was full of great people, my managers were incredibly supportive and taught me a lot in my time there. I am so so grateful for them.
Cons
Awful practices, people being made redundant left right and centre, jobs being outsourced to india to cut costs even when the roles are not process based and should be retained in the UK. No support from higher ups, people are extremely overworked and underpaid. All of this whilst the new UK CEO is renovating his new office and making it BIGGER. It is a joke…
