      Pros

      For recruitment as an industry, the induction from Hays and introduction to the markets etc is 2nd to none. Really welcoming with great people and great culture.

      Cons

      Base pay isn’t always great but of course there is commission Work life balance Can be micro managed but again, that’s recruitment
