      Pros

      Great deals on Hilton hotels around the world. Relaxed work environment, and the management crew is very easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Equipment is extremely sub-par in comparison to other companies with similar budgets. Rather than replacing equipment when it breaks IT is forced to shady "fixing" techniques

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
