      Very flexible work hours. Freedom to make calls on your own. Leadership listens to you and values your opinions. You get to work on some great projects that are used by millions of users.

      Cons

      Hilton's Corporate structure is slowly changing from a hospitality company to a tech company. There are some growing pains.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
