Pros

Flexible and willing to work with your schedule. More relaxed atmosphere with little guest interaction. Online training available to learn new skills if neede or wanted.

Cons

Minimal staff means working alone overnight at times. There are more intoxicated guests to deal with at weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pros

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
