Pros

This was for a at home reservation "specialist", in Dallas TX, there were really no pros, aside from the minuscule discount they give you, if you every have the chance to travel, which you have to go through red tape.

Cons

The "I" in Hilton stands for integrity... But its funny because they literally want you to pay for a land line, equipment to do the work, with 7 weeks of mandatory training on 9 bucks an hour. IF they did have any integrity whatsoever they would know no one can live off of that and pay for your own equipment, and yet be forced to train for doing basic tasks.

Pros

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
