      Pros

      There are not difficult tasks but key to the details if you can pay attention to what you are doing everyday. There are many opportunity that you can learn and grow in the Hilton family. It is a very support work environment and plenty space to grow if you want to be in a higher position.

      Cons

      Don't get used to the daily task but keep up with it and try to create more strategy to make it better and let your leader know you can take more responsibilities.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
