Pros

I love the atmosphere at work helping guests and making sure they are 100% satisfied. I've enjoyed meeting people from all walks of live. Families on vacations or in town for a wedding celebration or folks there on business.

Cons

Not a full staff and it's when it's the busiest. Also the off season is very slow for business, which means a decrease hours. Also the pay scale should definitely be adjusted. Company owned and franchised properties have a different pay scale.
