Pros
Very kind, intelligent and hardworking team. Travel perks are great, leadership is kind and competent. High trust in the direction of the company and its stability even through crisis.
Cons
Salaries are substantially lagging. Promotion to middle/upper management is stop-gapped, with lots of external hires. Maternity benefits are average. Healthcare benefits are not industry-leading.
