Pros
I liked my co workers. The pay and benefits are great. There was a union in my hotel so we had meals given to us for each shift at no charge. I watched a few colleges promote to other positions and departments.
Cons
No home/work balance. Absolutely no aaccomodations for students or people with any other responsibilities. They have no sympathy or understanding for who you are when you are or what you have going on when you're not on the clock. You're just a warm body to them. Rude management. Outdated and crashing systems. Unrealistic upsell expectations.
