      Pros

      Competative Pay rate. Ability to work your way up from barback to bartender. monthly meeting are now a common practice

      Cons

      Servers are not urged to tip bartenders at the end of the shift. Room service server never tip out. Too many location for the guest to choose from, leaving on outlet empty at times

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
