Hilton offers a wonderful opportunity to expand your skills with their online learning. Opportunities (as far as I have seen) to progress with your career in hospitality are endless.
Cons
Being the smallest fish in the ocean that is Hilton, it's important to realize that nothing gets done quickly, and that until you've been with the company 20+ years you won't have much say in matters.
