Pros

Over time, the rate is doubled when offered. Good people to work with.

Cons

-You can not get the holiday you want unless you book it 12 months in advance or swap it with someone else. -NO progression at all unless you know the right people. -Below average pay for the work that you do & no commission -constant changes being made that make your work life and job harder. -Live in a "feedback culture" but they do not take any of this on board, You will do a 360 feedback form and complain about the same things year on year, they will still tell you they are doing good, everyone is happy and the HX way is the best way. - Many systems are outdated - A clear divide in the contact center and the rest of the business, You are just a number, while the higher-ups go for paid lunches, take their breaks when they want and come as the please. - Their motto is "no fun, no point" but we don't have any incentives or doing very little to no fun things. - Have such a high turn around of staff meaning it's always busy and stressful. - Inconsistent management across the board - Zero work life balance
