Convenient to most parks. Often host employee cook outs and offer discounted hotel stays. Flex scheduling in certain roles and sub par benefits.
Cons
Sketchy management. Often promoting anyone to manager despite their ineptitude. Cowboy management decisions are often made and anyone outside of the "good ole boys club" is left to fend for themselves.
