Pros
Theres always work , the team is understanding (at least mines was) , as long as the manager and gm are on the same page things run smoothly , security for the resort , the bar opened bringing in more guests . Overtime is there if you want it You can get promoted if you show your worth Vacation benefits
Cons
Dealing with some guests that get mad at the sales floor then come to the front desk to vent or go off on us. New hires sometimes dont hang on and if you lose someone the shift change can be crazy
