The compensation structure changed multiple times during my time there, and unfortunately, these changes were for the worse. Expectations for employees increased as pay decreased. These shifts made it difficult to feel appreciated as an employee.

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance.
Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
