Pros
HubSpot has been an incredible place to grow my career. I started a few years ago in a lower segment and was promoted to Corporate about 1.5 years ago. The product itself is best-in-class — it’s easy to sell something you genuinely believe in. Leadership consistently pushes for innovation and improvement, and the internal support (from marketing, CS, enablement, etc.) is outstanding. One of the biggest perks is the autonomy: you’re trusted to manage your day and pipeline without micromanagement. There’s a strong culture of accountability balanced with flexibility — if you hit your numbers and stay proactive, you have a lot of freedom.
Cons
Quotas are fair but challenging, which is expected at this level. Performance can definitely be influenced by your book of business and where prospects are in their CRM evaluation cycles — timing sometimes plays a big role. But honestly, that’s true across most tech sales orgs.
