Pros

We work with big brand names.. for now

Cons

CEO & C-Suite are directionless. Product is a dinosaur and doesn’t match needs that clients have any longer. Overpriced and over-estimated internally. Business is facing an existential crisis and likely in its last few years of existence. Pay is below market average, management communication is fragmented and disjointed. Clear favouritism exists. Office is outdated, old and terrible, whilst c-suite have incredibly modern offices.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that this was your impression of the business during your time with us. As communicated internally, the company has been navigating significant external changes, including market volatility and rapid technological evolution, which have required us to reset our strategy and implement structural changes to position the business for future growth. This includes ongoing work to strengthen our product offering, evolve our delivery model, and simplify how we operate to improve clarity and accountability across teams. We recognise that during periods of change, communication has not always been as clear or consistent as it should be, and that can impact how these changes are experienced. This is something we are actively working to improve. We remain confident in the direction of the business and the work underway to build a stronger, more aligned global organisation. Thank you again for your feedback.
