1. back client relationship not employees 2.heavily location specific project be ready to change location as per project need 3.Increment is always a problem with Infosys 4. Variable pay at averaged at 70% 5.2 days WFH with minimum 3.5 hours of working to make it count in work from office 6. No external library support to learn enhance your skill (local-lex) which is not recognised any where else
