Pros

My first project manager was really helpful and understanding. He appreciated good work and gave room for people to work on their own time. My second manager was exactly the opposite so the work was not very enjoyable. But people are helpful and definitely make the workplace enjoyable.

Cons

Company policy is not employee friendly. And training period is too long and unnecessary.
