Pros

• Work-There are internal projects available for internship. Employees who are in bench can search for an internship in a portal called “Pathfinder” and apply for it. You can also ask for role change after 2 years of your service to the company. Though it doesn’t give you any leverage on career growth but you can minimize the certifications by doing this. • Food courts- Food courts and food is amazing in Bangalore Ecity campus. You can get north Indian to south Indian many varieties in reasonable rates.

Cons

• Pay-Actual salary is 25 to 30% less than mentioned in offer letter. Variable component is not paid in full. Company always have justification to prove that they cannot pay. • Pay- Weird part is that the dearness allowance which is supposed to be varying with inflation is fixed in Company. • Pay hike- Pay hike was there in the month of Oct-2013, which is given after 4years. • Work- It completely depends on the kind of profile you get. In some projects employees work for 17hrs and in some projects employees doesn’t have work. There are employees who have been on bench with no work for more than 2 years and their career has gone for ruins. • Role change- Promotions are given in timeline basis though Company claims that it is based on promotions. Most important part is that you have to clear 3 to 4 internal certifications to get your promotion even though your performance is very good. For clearing the certifications you have to go through dumps and learnit all and clear the exam. Please note that certification can be irrelevant from your work. • Work timing-Employees have to maintain timing of 9 hour and 15 minutes yearly otherwise leave deduction or loss of pay is imposed • Facilities- Company deducts Rs.200/- from your salary each month for maintaining the facilities they provide • Leave- only earned leave can be availed, no other leave like sick leave. Yearly 20 EL and 5 can be availed each quarter • Location- Most of the delivery centers are far away from city, in India. So be ready to travel or stay in a boring secluded place • Dress Code- Tie is mandatory on Monday and Tuesday. A fine of Rs.200/- is deducted from each day employees forgets to wear tie. Very strict checking in all gates is done and employees are humiliated if they are not wearing tie. • Morale- Overall employee’s morale is down which is obvious when pay hike is given after 4 years. • Performance management- There is a system called performagic which is just for the name sake and all the decisions are person dependent, which may be true for other companies as well. There are hell lot of parameter which may not be valid, based on which your performance is judged by your manager. Final call is from your manager and you can’t get anything more even you appeal for it. • Recreation- Any number of team party or outing can be done but the funding for all these are blocked and if employee can pay from his pocket he can do it. • Parking- Parking is paid for employees. For two wheeler Rs.300/- per month. • Travel- There is bus facility available for daily travelers. Cost of which is divided according to the distance travelled. Short Distance – Rs.1200/-, Middle Distance- Rs.1500/- and Long distance-Rs.2000/-.

Pros

My overall impression of the company is positive. The compensation and benefits seem fair and supportive, and the company appears to offer good career growth opportunities for employees who want to learn and advance. In terms of culture and values, it comes across as a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment where people are encouraged to contribute and develop.

Cons

I did not notice any major concerns, but like any large organization, there is always room to further improve internal communication and clarity around career advancement.
