Pros

There are no pros if joining JL6 for this company. Look for other service based company. If you plan to join because you liked their campus, then let me tell you it will take years to get a work station in that main campus, and due to covid that too have been spoiled. Do not fall for their news, it's like giving 10000 rupees hike in 3 installments and pushishing news giving 3 hikes in a year, which they will recover from your variable pay anyways, so don't worry :)

Cons

Salary : Which company deducts variable pay if employees are taking are earned leaves, this company does. Hike: Double deduction from salary based on performance rating. It means first they will give a lower hike based your annual performance rating(if you're lucky this year), and they will keep deducting your variable pay throughout the year based on that performance rating. Form-16 can only tell your gross compensation for previous year. Internal Processes : Internal processes like (Travel, Visa, Certification, Learning, IT service, HR) are the most hopeless in this company. Managers in these processes are stting in this company for years maybe, they don't give damn whom you escalate your issue. Every single employee in these departments have their own rules based on what mood they are. SLA is a joke for them. Parking fees I can keep on going..
