Pros

Easy to get hired. The technical interview is very basic for onboarding developers. You are placed with a team after onboarding. The benefits are good.

Cons

Starting salary is low for the industry standard. Infosys hr spams your email with a crazy amount of fluff. It makes it very hard to keep up with business email.
