Friendly culture hindered by bureaucracy and lack of accountability - Principal Insurance Australia Group Employee Review

So much bureaucracy and purple tape to make a decision, culture of teams taking absolutely no accountability to deliver and constant handholding needed to get projects up and running, very high retention of staff (20+ years tenure) means very limited strategic thinking or curiosity to try things differently, risk culture absolutely stifles innovation. Constant restructures happening.
