Pros

Some good people who really care about you and their work who are very passionate about what they're doing.

Cons

Exploitation of staff, employees are paid unfairly severely over worked sometimes working 140 hours in a fortnight and not paid penalties for this. Opportunities to progress to other areas are offered and subsequently denied to those who are deemed too valuable to the call centre area. Managers don't care about their staff they care only that there is a head on the end of a phone they don't even care that the advice from their medical staff is good as long as they are servicing their members and ticking a box. The turnover is like nothing I've ever seen or heard in any corporate environment people leave every few weeks and this is a shocking strain on the ones they leave behind. They have been given infinite feedback on what they can change but they ignore it and carry on as normal.
