If you're not comfortable with flexible flexibility, an ability to manage uncertainty, a complex organisational structure that I still haven't always worked out, old IT infrastructure and a decision making system that can sometimes be rather slow then don't work here. But if you are a self starter, confident, motivated, enthusiastic and can deal well with the above this may be a good place to be. The senior team is aware of the issues and working on them.
