      Pros

      Great people in interesting locations around the region. Amazing team spirit. Best in class company.

      Cons

      When you work in operations you are never completely "off". Need to balance work and family life but management supports this. Shift work is both bad and good giving you longer off times but also needing to work irregular hours sometimes. Is good to understand when starting.
