Pros

The benefits are really good. Plus you'll have off four days a week. The training is long, however too heavy on teaching terms and ideas, than actually dealing with the call volume and excessive amounts of cases you'll be given on a daily basis.

Cons

- extremely high turnover rates - everyone is stressed at all times, and often in terrible moods -The days go by fast, but the entire 13-15 hours you will work will be non-stop. You barely have time to blink. Lot's of people wind up working an additional 1-5 hours longer than they're scheduled. - Management will tell you to ask questions, it's a difficult job, then half of them won't have time to answer the questions, and some will get mad that you're even speaking to them. - Lot's of pressure: to get things done quickly ( adding to the stress), which causes people to make mistakes. - VERY high turnover rate. Because of this you will be asked on an almost daily basis whether you will do overtime. - people leave as soon as they can get promoted and everyone else either quits or poisons the well with their negativity. - You are rarely praised, but criticized on a daily basis. - They only have one office for all of North and South America, despite the fact Europe has over 10, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China have two offices each. - The Trevose office's employees on average have two-three times the case volume of every other international assistance center, yet the company seems to look down on and make rules that continue to pile onto the work - People burnout quickly in this job, even with the four days off a week. - Overnights - Weekends - Overnights and weekends are extremely short staffed. - Big training classes start every other month, then 75% will have left before a year has passed. These people often make mistakes, the people who have been here for a while are not patient with them. Collectively it's quite volatile.
