Highly arrogant management team - Medical Triage International SOS Employee Review

I have been working there for some years now. I am on the medical triage side. Senior management team is arrogant and tend to snub you quickly. Nobody will help you if the workload is suddenly high. They don t value your input or ideas. Management team in Singapore is very narrow minded, (despite the company name). Some doctors think they are God, when actually you loose your clinical skills very quickly sitting in front of the computer and the phone all day. Their knowledge is completely out of date. Some managers and HR people have been there too long and spend their time protecting their back. Can t wait to leave.
