Pros
Interesting work. Most people seem to want to make a difference and are there cause they want to help people.
Cons
If you don't drink you don't get anywhere. Huge drinking culture and if you don't drink with the right people you don't become a favourite and therefore you don't get recognised for any work you do. You then stop caring sand basically stay for the money although that is not that great.
