Pros
The nature of the company is good. The company encourages employees to work in different locations, as long as there are job opportunities present. Exposure to colleagues of different countries make meeting people within the company interesting.
Cons
I worked in the Corporate Finance team in Singapore. Management does not encourage employees to move upwards. Faced personal, discriminating and threatening remarks from management. Work/life balance is not a focus at all. Technology is slow moving with old systems.
