True respectful attitude among people, very challenging atmosphere wich pushes everyone to do better, be innovative and be effective. Managers lead by example and communication is done in order to bring everyone in a state of conscious awareness of what is going on WW. Training possibilities are great.
Cons
As the company is a fast paced one, permanently improving and questioning its methods, only strong , well balanced people can in a way survive. Weakness if any, needs to disappear very quickly.
