Pros

- RECENT CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT. Lots of issues I would have complained about 6 months ago are now being working on by acting General Manager. - Staff unionized with USU with no negative response from company. - great opportunity to develop skills with no prior experience - global company with offices around the world (secondment / internal movement opportunities) - work closely with clients from wide range of industries - variety of work - 13hr shift work especially part time can be very good for students / people wanting different work life balance than a 9-5 - HR is GREAT. Dealt with a serious allegations against a manager made by a subordinate with professionalism, privacy, offering support and fully investigating.

Cons

- full time shift work can burn some people out - 6 week roster makes is hard to submit N/A's so far in advance - secondment / movement to other departments and assistance centers is possible, but not frequent due to headcount, external hires, budget. Definitely opportunities for those that want it but may take some time (even years) to obtain. - Salary is above country's average, but compared to similar roles at other companies many feel it's low
