The company culture is truly international - Dubai serves as regional office they have more than 40 nationalities, hence you have great international exposure like working experience with different culture/language, travel to different countries. Hence it values global talent who has extensive international exposure or who speaks different languages.
Cons
The company might not be the best place for fresh graduates as the company values talents out of the organisation who can bring more external experience and resources.
