Iress is led by a group of committed individuals who are focused on building a sustainable, innovative business that delivers long-term value, for our people, our clients and our shareholders. Our current performance is validation of the decisions taken in the last couple of years and we are excited by what lies ahead.
We take allegations of poor behaviour and bullying seriously, and we have clear and confidential channels in place for people to report concerns. That said, these systems only work when people choose to use them. We expect everyone at Iress to take responsibility for speaking up if they witness or experience something that isn’t right.
