      Thanks for the positives you have highlighted about working for Iress. We do have a number of contractual remote workers but, as part of our overall approach to flexibility, we ask all of our office based people to be in the office three days each week. We feel this provides the right balance for our people and for Iress.

      People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
