7moThank you for your feedback. Our approach to hybrid working is just one part of the flexibility we provide to, and which is massively valued by, our people. We ask everyone to work in the office three days a week (with the exception of people who are contractually remote-based) but this is about much more than just being present. It’s about connection, collaboration, building stronger relationships, solving problems faster, and staying aligned as a team.
