We are reviewing our global on-call policy, and, when it comes to overall remuneration, we provide an all-round package of salary/benefits that rewards people for their performance and which is competitive in local markets. Our approach to hybrid working is just one part of the flexibility we provide. We ask everyone to work in the office three days a week (with the exception of people who are contractually remote-based) but this is about much more than just being present. It’s about connection, collaboration, building stronger relationships, solving problems faster, and staying aligned as a team.
