      Pros

      The great benefits you hear of at Iress were all the old management - the business builders. Current management is leaning heavily on a company that was once a unicorn, and stripping the place for personal gain (compare company reports).

      Cons

      Culture of fear and isolation now reigns. Consultants came in and stripped any shred of human decency that remained within the business, and created a revolving door of leadership changes and short term thinking.

      People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
