      Flat hierarchy reduces barriers. Culture is very good, people are very friendly. Opportunities are there for everybody. Your work is appreciated,

      Cons

      Work life balance might get difficult sometimes but that is there with most of the financial companies. Nothing much to complain about.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
