Pros

if you are a hard worker you can advance in this company. The company is so big that you have a lot of opportunity to move to a different field if the current one you are in is not for you. Chase takes good care of its employees with benefits and a great 401k plan.

Cons

Since the company is so big you can sometimes become a number if you do not have an amazing direct manager. I have been lucky that is not the case for me. Management is salary and that has been difficult for me being a working mom and working 50+ hours a week. A 20 hour teller gets the same amount of vacation time as a manager. I dont feel this is fair as management works so many more hours. Salary isnt very high for management, to make good money you really need to be a top performer to bonus out high.

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
