Pros

Pay is alright. Benefits are good, the insurance is trash though.

Cons

Constantly messing up my pay. Health insurance pays literally nothing until you've met your deductible, and then only does reimbursement, so you're still paying out of pocket for everything up front. And then if you're lucky, Aetna will mail you a check. It's nearly impossible to keep track of what's owed where with how their insurance works. Managers have no idea what's going on. Go months at a time without coaching or development. Customers are generally upper-middle class and awful. Metric goals aren't clearly communicated and you're not given tools and training to be successful. There is an actual policy for how to handle a customer holding you hostage on the phone. Currently on a short-term disability leave and should be receiving 60% of my pay. But they can't figure it out so I'm actually receiving closed to 40% pay and missing pay for almost an entire pay cycle, after not being paid in 3 weeks. Last time, I went 5 weeks without being paid. They've also shorted me for 2+ months on shift differential. Largest bank in the world and they can't manage their finances for their employees. I imagine they're probably ripping off thousands of employees pay, and I bet it just slides under the radar.

Pros

Top tier company with growth opportunity

Cons

The expectation to work 40+ or passed your normal shift as an exempt employee was common among peers and management.

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
