Pros

Benefits, Brand, Healthcare & nothing else.

Cons

JP Morgan is just a brand to be honest in terms of pay. At India employees are under paid, under skilled, overloaded with work. Employees who have been working for years are highly underpaid, worse than a tea seller (this is not an exaggeration) you can Google the attrition rate and the reason. During yearly appraisals the management an HR state you've got the best hike which is 5-7% and trust me everyone's heard this. HR is always hand in hand with the management with fake concern and indirectly try to scare you over if you continue to escalate your career will be affected. Very little support for skill enhancement and trainings. No work flexibility, no wfh option. Politics and bootlicking culture @AWM Testing team under ED Pankaja Pathak.

Pros

Top tier company with growth opportunity

Cons

The expectation to work 40+ or passed your normal shift as an exempt employee was common among peers and management.

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
