Pros
Excellent company with a lot of room for development; specifically the Graduate Development Program goes a long way to a to getting an engineer ready for their professional review.
Cons
A lot of behind the desk work which sometimes make it very hard to concentrate. Perhaps some scheduled 10 minute activities at different times in the day will significantly impact workplace morale.
